Residents of Woolooware Shores who purchase a Village Membership benefit from No Departure Fee on exit. What you pay upfront for your residence is fully refundable when you leave, giving you clarity and confidence about your investment. Residents of Woolooware Shores who purchase a Village Membership also benefit from fixed recurrent charges for life.  From the day of move in, that will never change, so long as the resident(s) is living in the village. The Village Membership inclusions remain the same whether you choose upfront or deferred payment. The only difference is that upfront payment provides you with a discounted Village Membership. If you choose to defer your Village Membership, your Amount on Exit will be your Refundable Home Contribution less your Village Membership fee.
