The Village Membership gives you access to all the village services, amenities, and exclusive discounts. Additional services and care are pay-as-you-go but are made extra convenient by being provided in the village, often at a discounted rate.
Recurrent charges are fixed for life. You can rest assured that this ongoing cost won’t be affected by cost-of-living changes.
Our Refundable Home Contribution means if you pay your Village Membership upfront, the total cost of your apartment will be returned to you or your estate at exit.

We are committed to ensuring your peace of mind. That’s why we cover all costs for capital works initiated by Anglicare, both inside and outside your home.
Upon exit, Anglicare is responsible for all sales, marketing, and reinstatement costs.
Care funding solutions.
Our goal is for you to stay in your own home as long as possible. But if your needs change and you require residential aged care, you will have priority access to our aged care facilities such as Goodhew Gardens or Bay Breeze,
both located within Woolooware Shores. These will be subject to availability, care needs and Village Membership.*
As your care needs increase, we’ll assist you to access, manage and optimise government funding you may be eligible for.
