1. Eligibility

• This offer is available exclusively to new residents who purchase a residence in Stage 8 at Woolooware Shores.
• The offer applies only to couples (two people) entering into a residence contract together.

2. Offer Inclusions

• If, after moving into a Stage 8 residence, one resident requires Residential Aged Care (RAC) accommodation at Anglicare, the other resident may remain in the Stage 8 residence.
• Anglicare will cover the cost of the Residential Aged Care accommodation bond or lump-sum equivalent for the resident entering RAC.

3. Duration of Benefit

• The benefit applies for the duration of the residents’ time at Woolooware Shores, provided one resident remains in the Stage 8 residence.

4. Conditions

• The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original residents named in the residence contract.
• Should both residents require RAC accommodation, normal RAC fees and accommodation charges will apply for the second resident.
• Ongoing daily care fees, service charges, and other costs associated with RAC remain payable by the resident(s).

5. Exclusions

• The offer does not apply to single purchasers.
• The offer is limited to Stage 8 residences and does not extend to earlier or future stages at Woolooware Shores.
• This offer cannot be redeemed as a cash equivalent or discount on residence entry contributions.

6. Timeframe

• The offer is valid for contracts signed for Stage 8 residences between 1 October 2025 and 30 June 2026 unless extended or withdrawn at Anglicare’s discretion.

7. General

• Anglicare reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
